Yes, I’m alive and kicking. The weekend was, well, quiet. Too quiet. Spending the weekend without any electricity was quite a challenge. But then, it felt just right, the weather was great, and I got to spend all my time with Lucien. It’s nice to have no electricity once in a while. The only inconvenient thing about it was that some of our food that we put in the refrigerator got spoiled. Anyway, electricity should be up sometime today, though it wasn’t up yet when I left for work.
Our neighborhood is pretty quiet, and there are a lot of places that are close to us, which is very convenient. We haven’t met much of our neighbors, but they seem to know that we have moved in. To those of you who don’t know, we live in a cul-de-sac, so pretty much everybody knows everybody.
I’m happy to say my little digicam works as a webcam, but only on MSN Messenger. I used it to talk to my friend, Jamie, and we had a blast just goofing off. She’s DJing today on Raver Radio, and I’m just happy for her. Must be fun. :)
