I hope everyone had a happy new year. It was pretty quiet for me, other than working. It’s not bad, though, as it’s usually quiet during the holidays. I didn’t get to spend too much of the new year with Luci, because he worked as well. Ah, well, such is life.
What the new year brings me (well, at least this week):
1. Doctor’s (OB/GYN) appointment. Hopefully this time we’ll be able to find out the gender. It’s highly unusual, though, because in the last 3 visits, I’ve had an ultrasound done. We’ll see how this goes.
2. Court appearance. Yep, I was caught speeding. It was close to my mom’s place, too, stupid speed trap. And it was on my way to the doctor’s office, and probably what started him prescribing me my high pressure meds. To top it all, my state inspection sticker wasn’t renewed in time (Luci was about to renew it that day, too). Anyways, I’m supposed to show up in court. Hopefully, the cop that pulled me over won’t be there and I’ll be home free. And hopefully, I won’t be too nervous.
3. Lani’s vet appointment. Yeah, nothing much to report there, but thought I’d add it in, just in case I forget. Hehe.
Yeah, pretty boring, ‘no? Thought so.
