Another late entry. It was a bad Monday, that’s for sure, as I woke up groggy and stuffed up. My sore throat turned into coughs and colds, and later in the night, I developed a fever.
Good thing for wonderful co-workers, as they helped pitch in for my shift. To play it safe, I called in sick for tomorrow also. Jay, my co-worker, didn’t mind taking over for my shift, as he needs some overtime. :)
Anyways, Lucien gave me something earlier, and boy, did it make me sweat all over! I was covered from head to toe under the blankets, and whatever medicine I took, got me out of delirium from high fever. Now, I’m wide awake, but I know I need to get back in bed for some rest soon. I’ll just do a recap of what happened during the weekend:
– Saturday: went to a friend’s housewarming party. The way to their house was long. Too far away from the city.
– Sunday: we had another housewarming at home for Lucien’s co-workers. Got Lucien’s family to visit as well. Was nice to know some of Lucien’s work family.
Okay, that’s it for now. *snuggles back in bed*
