I used to write a lot on this journal. I used to do it everyday, sometimes twice in a day or more. Now, with this seemingly busy life, I can only do so once in a while.
It’s not that I’m really busy. I have hours and hours of doing nothing at all. However, most of my time is consumed with taking care of the baby, or getting to know her more, with her smiles, tears, and wonderment. And soon, going back to work (though I must say I can blog better when I’m at work).
It’s like the routine now as far as the computer is concerned is to just check email and pay bills online.
I think I’m just saving blogging now for memorable moments.
Like, did I tell you that I’m going to a family reunion in Indiana? It will be my “last hurrah” before I go back to work. We’ll be driving there, which will take about 13 and a half hours. It will be Dani’s first long ride, and I hope she’ll be okay with it. I think she will, as her parents love long driving.
Anyway, just wanted to let y’all know that I’m alive. I’m around. Just not so much on this one.
